Dropbox synkroniseras inte - vad ska man göra?
Om Dropbox inte längre synkroniserar dina data kan det finnas flera skäl. Vi visar dig i tre steg hur du fixar vanliga problem.
Steg 1: Kontrollera internetanslutningen
Kontrollera först om det finns en aktiv internetanslutning. För att göra detta, titta i aktivitetsfältet längst ner till höger för att se om en dator med en kabel visas bredvid WLAN-symbolanslutningsfältet eller LAN-symbolen.
- Om detta inte är fallet och du inte kan komma åt en webbplats via webbläsaren, kontrollera din internetanslutning. Detta kan kanske redan åtgärda felet.
Steg 2: Kontrollera Dropbox-inloggning
- Klicka på Dropbox-ikonen längst ner till höger i aktivitetsfältet. Ett litet fönster öppnas.
- Här kan du klicka på växelsymbolen uppe till höger och välja "Inställningar".
- Gå till fliken "Konto" och logga in igen om du är utloggad.
Steg 3: Fortsätt pausad synkronisering
- Klicka på Dropbox-ikonen längst ner till höger i aktivitetsfältet. Ett litet fönster öppnas.
- Under växelsymbolen kan du hitta posten "Fortsätt synkronisering".
- Om punkten är synlig för dig klickar du på den så att synkroniseringen startar igen.
Upplösning: Dropbox-appen synkroniseras inte
Om du använder Dropbox-appen på Android eller iOS kan synkroniseringsproblem också uppstå här. Kontrollera först om internetanslutningen är korrekt.
- Öppna appen och kontrollera om du är inloggad. När du har startat om din smartphone kan du behöva ange dina inloggningsuppgifter.
- Om dina bilder inte längre är synkroniserade ordentligt av enheten har kamerainläggningen antagligen inaktiverats. Klicka på växelikonen längst ner till höger, välj alternativet "Kamerainladdning" längst upp och aktivera det där.
