E-postmeddelande vid system- eller programstart - hur det fungerar
Detta praktiska tips förklarar hur du kan få ett automatiskt e-postmeddelande varje gång du startar ett system eller ett program.
Skicka informationsmail automatiskt när systemet eller programmet startar
Du kan ställa in e-postmeddelandet med hjälp av systemets "Task Scheduler". Dessutom behöver du det mycket gamla gratisverktyget "Blat". Programvaran kan blockeras av din virusscanner eftersom den också kan missbrukas för obemärkt skicka e-post. I det här fallet måste du släppa "Blat" i ditt antivirusprogram.
- Öppna »Uppgiftsplanering« via startmenyn och välj kommandot »Åtgärd | Skapa uppgift «.
- Ändra säkerhetsalternativet till "Kör oberoende av användarinloggning" på fliken "Allmänt" och ange ett namn. Byt sedan till fliken "Trigger" och klicka på "New".
- Ändra inställningen för "Startuppgift" till "Vid start". För en mer specifik kontroll väljer du dock inställningen »På en händelse«, som du sedan kan specificera mer exakt.
- Bekräfta sedan med »OK« och växla till fliken »Åtgärder«.
- Där klickar du på "Ny" igen och väljer "Åtgärd".
- Använd »Starta programmet« och lägg till det kompletta kommandosamtalet med sökvägen. Det kan se ut så här: »c: \ tools \ blat.exe-till postskyddad -undersökningsmeddelande -koddatorstart -server smtpmail.t-online.de -f | u postskyddad -pw hemlig".
- Med ovanstående parametrar, justera mottagaren, ämnet och texten. Rätt utgående e-postserver på »-server«, avsändaradressen på »-f« och åtkomstdata för att skicka e-post på »-u« och »-pw« är också viktiga. Hur och med vilken information detta fungerar beror på respektive postleverantör.
- Som en rättegång kan du också välja "Skicka e-post" som en åtgärd och prova om leveransen fungerar på detta sätt.
Använd en e-postadress som mottagare, som du kan fråga när du är på språng. Den här metoden kan också användas för att övervaka en server, till exempel vilken funktion du bör kontrollera efter en rapporterad omstart, till exempel.
