Android: Push-aviseringar fungerar inte längre
Push-aviseringar fungerar inte längre på din Android-smartphone? Det kan finnas flera skäl till detta. Vi ger dig tips om hur du löser problemet.
Anledningar till inga push-meddelanden
Appar använder push-aviseringar för att ge dig aktuella meddelanden i statusfältet på din Android-smartphone. Detta kan till exempel vara direktmeddelanden från sociala nätverk, e-post eller nyhetsuppdateringar. Men om meddelandena inte visas kan det ha olika orsaker.
- För att få push-aviseringar behöver du vanligtvis en anslutning till Internet. Se därför till att din smartphone är online. Om du använder en app för att spara energi på din smartphone, se till att den inte stänger av din dataförbindelse under vissa förhållanden. Exempelvis kopplar vissa appar bort från Internet när du stänger av skärmen på din smartphone.
- Om du har en så kallad uppgiftsdödare installerad på din smartphone kan detta också förhindra mottagandet av push-aviseringar. Du får då bara dem när du använder respektive app. Om du inte vill göra det utan uppdragsmordaren måste du lägga till en undantagsregel för de aktuella applikationerna.
- Android själv har också inställningar för att spara energi som kan förhindra mottagandet av push-aviseringar. Om du litar på att ta emot meddelandena via en Wi-Fi-anslutning, se till att Wi-Fi inte stängs av automatiskt när det inte används. För att göra detta, gå till "Inställningar" - "Wi-Fi" och tryck sedan på menyknappen. Välj "Avancerat" och ställ in "Lämna Wi-Fi på i vänteläge" till "Alltid".
- Du får inte heller begränsa överföringen av bakgrundsdata. Motsvarande inställning finns under "Inställningar" - "Dataanvändning". Tryck på menyknappen och se till att det inte finns någon bock i "Begränsa bakgrundsdata".
- Om allt detta inte är fallet kan det vara nödvändigt att ta bort den aktuella appen och installera om den.
Obs! Dessa tips är baserade på Android 4.0.4. Proceduren kan därför skilja sig något med äldre eller nyare versioner av operativsystemet.
