PC: Ställ in headsetet korrekt - så det fungerar
Om du ansluter ett headset till din dator måste du först ställa in det korrekt. Vi visar dig hur du bäst konfigurerar inspelning och uppspelningskvalitet.
Välj headset som standardinspelningsenhet
Om din dator eller anteckningsbok har en inbyggd mikrofon väljs den vanligtvis som standardinspelningsenhet. För att aktivera ditt headset måste du ändra den här inställningen:
- Högerklicka på volymikonen på aktivitetsfältet. Du hittar den längst ner till höger bredvid datum och tid.
- Välj sedan "Inspelningsenheter" i popup-fönstret.
- Leta efter namnet på ditt headset i listan. Vanligtvis finns det redan posten "mikrofon" för bärbara datorer och bärbara datorer, som hänvisar till den inbyggda mikrofonen. Välj ditt headset och klicka på "Ställ in som standard". Stäng sedan fönstret genom att klicka på "OK".
Ställ in headset som uppspelningsenhet
Vanligtvis känner datorer automatiskt igen externa ljudenheter som headset och högtalare. Om din PC fortsätter att sända ljudet via andra högtalare måste du ställa in headsetet som uppspelningsenhet.
- För att göra detta högerklickar du på högtalarikonen i aktivitetsfältet igen.
- Välj nu "Playback Devices".
- Hitta ditt headset i listan och ange det också med knappen "Som standard".
Skype-ljud spelas inte från headsetet - så välj ditt headset för Skype
Ett vanligt problem är att Skypes ljud fortsätter att överföras via en annan högtalare. Du kan ställa in detta i Skype-inställningarna:
- Öppna Skype och klicka på "Alternativ" i menyn "Åtgärder".
- Byt till ljudinställningarna och välj också ditt headset under "Högtalare".
