Begränsa lagringsutrymme för användarkonton - hur det fungerar
Om det finns flera användarkonton är det bra att begränsa lagringsutrymmet för enskilda konton. Till exempel kan dina avkommor inte täppa hårddisken på obestämd tid med enorma videor och filmer. Windows kan hantera lagringskvoter för detta - vi visar hur du ställer in dem.
Begränsa lagringskapaciteten för användarkonto
- Starta Windows Explorer. Högerklicka på ikonen på den hårddisk som du vill ställa in lagringskvoter för i navigeringsområdet till vänster under "Dator".
- Välj sedan kommandot "Egenskaper" i snabbmenyn, aktivera fliken "Kvot" i följande dialog och visa "Visa kvotinställningar". Du behöver administratörsrättigheter för detta, så att du kanske måste godkänna instruktionen genom att välja ett administratörskonto och ange motsvarande lösenord.
- Sätt en markering framför "Aktivera kvotahantering" för att ge användarkonton begränsat lagringsutrymme. Aktivera också alternativet "Neka lagringsutrymme om kvotgränsen överskrids".
- Nedan definierar du en standardgräns för nya användare. För att reglera lagringsutrymmet för befintliga användarkonton, klicka på "Kvotposter". Windows presenterar sedan en lista över alla kända användarkonton med deras inställningar för lagringskvoten och det för närvarande använda lagringsutrymmet. Det visas både som ett absolut värde och som en procentandel i förhållande till det begränsade lagringsutrymmet.
- Om ett konto saknas i listan, skapa en ny post för den med "Kvot"> "Ny kvotpost". För att redigera, dubbelklicka på listposten för önskat användarkonto. I följande dialog bestämmer du det maximala lagringsutrymmet för kontot och en varningsnivå. Stäng dialogrutorna med "OK" eller genom att klicka på röda korssymbolen längst upp till höger i titelfältet.
- Obs: När en användares datamängd når varningsnivån eller lagringskvotgränsen, visar Windows ett meddelande på skrivbordet.
Tips: Gör din iPad barnsäker också, så att dina små inte av misstag laddar ner dyra appar och bara använder appar som du har godkänt.
